We're pleased to welcome new patients to our dental practice in Castle Rock, Colorado. Clocktower Family Dental is conveniently located near I-25 and Founders Parkway, and we offer high quality dentistry to toddlers, senior citizens, and everyone in between.

With every new patient exam, we include a free oral cancer screening (regular value $75).

Prior to your first appointment, we'll need you to fill out some paperwork. You can either download the forms below, fill them out, and bring them with you to your first visit, or you can arrive 15 minutes early and fill out the forms in our office.
