Dr. Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Brigham Young University. He then earned his DMD from Temple University School of Dentistry graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2010.
Following dental school, he served in the United States Air Force for five years. During this time he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Mike O’Callaghan Federal Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. While in residency, Dr. Jonathan Cardon trained extensively in all specialties of dentistry including oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and pedodontics.
Dr. Jonathan has completed over 700 hours of training in comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis in periodontics, oral surgery, and implantology. He holds professional memberships in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the International Dental Implant Association.
He is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through dentistry. He has traveled to the Dominican Republic on multiple occasions in a humanitarian capacity to provide state-of-the-art dental care to underserved populations. During these trips, he placed implants and performed sinus lifts and ridge augmentations restoring transformative dental function to these patients.
Dr. Jonathan is an avid Star Wars fan and has an insuppressible (and ill-advised) passion for motorcycles. You can usually catch him and his wife camping, hiking, or attending one of their kids’ many activities.
